- Refund policy
There is a 7-day return policy. This means that you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns cannot be made after 7 days.
Due to the limited quantity of each item, we will not accept returns unless the wrong item is sent, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused or unused tagged, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or purchase certificate.
To start a return, please request a return at info-origami@ew-creation.jp. Once your return is approved, we will send you details regarding the shipment such as how and where to ship your package.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Damage and problems
Please check your order when you receive the item, and if you find any defective, damaged or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We will check the problem and solve it.
- Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of products, such as perishables (foods, flowers, plants, etc.), custom products (custom products, personal products, etc.), personal care products (beauty products, etc.), cannot be returned.
We also do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gas.

Our return policy is not applied to sale items and/or gift cards.
- Exchange
We do not accept just a product exchange.
However, returns for defect, damaged or incorrect products will be equivalent product you purchased.
If the item is out of stock and there is no equivalent item, a refund will be given.
- Refund
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. Once approved, your original payment method will automatically refund you.
Keep in mind that it can also take some time for banks and credit card companies to process and post refunds.
